How to Ensure You Receive Emails from Holly
Last updated: August 14, 2026
What to do when emails from Holly land in your spam or quarantine folder, and how to ask your IT team to fix it for your whole jurisdiction.
Holly emails come from addresses ending in @hollygov.com. If you are expecting an email from us and can't find it, check your spam folder and your email quarantine. The lasting fix is asking your IT team to allowlist the hollygov.com domain for the whole agency.
Which Emails Come from Holly
Every email we send comes from an address ending in @hollygov.com. The three you are most likely to see are admin@hollygov.com, support@hollygov.com, and no-reply@hollygov.com.
Here is what we send:
Invitations to complete the onboarding training in the Holly Learning Academy.
Approval workflow notifications. Review requests and reminders sent to reviewers and approvers, including staff outside of HR.
Password reset and login emails. Links you need to get into Holly.
Replies from Holly Support. Answers to questions you send us or submit through in-app chat.
Product updates. Occasional announcements about new features and improvements.
Note: Holly will never email you asking for your password or personal information. If an email claiming to be from Holly looks off to you, forward it to support@hollygov.com.
How to Find a Missing Holly Email
If you were expecting something from us and it never showed up, check your spam and quarantine folders. Spam and quarantine are separate, and a message caught by your agency's security filter will not appear in your spam folder at all. If you still don't see anything, reach out to support@hollygov.com and we can provide timestamps for the email you're expecting along with additional details about the subject line.
What to Ask Your IT Team to Do
Allowlisting the Holly domain is a single change that covers everyone at your agency.
Send your IT team or help desk a request along these lines:
We work with a vendor called Holly (hollygov.com). Please allowlist the domain hollygov.com in our email security and spam filtering settings, including admin@hollygov.com and support@hollygov.com. Their emails include approval routing notifications and password reset links that staff across departments need to receive. Please also release any messages from this domain currently sitting in quarantine.
If your IT team has any questions they can feel free to reach out to support@hollygov.com.
