What the History Tab Shows
The History tab displays all prior versions of a specification, including:
Status of the version (Draft, Published, In Review)
Date the version was last edited in Holly
Which user made the edits
Download button to access that version
Downloading Versions
Published versions: Click the download button next to any published version to access that specification.
Current draft: If you have a draft in progress, you can download it from the History tab.
Important: If you delete a draft, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered from the History tab. Only published versions / the current draft are preserved in history.
