Signing In
Open your web browser and go to app.hollygov.com.
Enter the email address associated with your Holly account and your password.
Click Sign In.
Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Class Specs dashboard — your main workspace in Holly.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Some agencies sign in to Holly using SSO, which lets staff authenticate with their existing work credentials (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, etc.) instead of a separate Holly password.
When SSO is enabled, the login flow is email-first: enter your email on the Holly login screen and click Continue. You'll then be redirected to your organization's identity provider to complete authentication there.
If your agency has SSO enabled:
Password login is disabled — you must authenticate through your identity provider.
The Forgot Password flow is not available for your account.
If you have trouble signing in, your IT department can confirm whether your identity provider account is active and properly configured.
Note: SSO handles authentication only — you still need a Holly account to access the platform. If your work login succeeds but Holly won't let you in, contact Holly Support to get your account set up.
Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password:
On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
Enter your email address and submit.
Open the reset link in the email you receive and create a new password.
Return to the login screen and sign in with your new credentials.
(This applies to standard (non-SSO) accounts only.)
Note: If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam/quarantine folder and confirm you entered the correct address. Contact Holly Support if you still don't receive it.
