Using Holly's Analysis Tool for Organizational Insights

Holly's Analysis tab provides targeted insights about individual job classifications to support compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions about specific positions.

Getting Started with Analysis

To run an analysis, navigate to the Analysis tab and select a position from your organization's complete list of job classifications.

How it works:

  1. Search for or select a position from the dropdown

  2. Choose your analysis type from the available cards

  3. Click the "Start Analysis" button

  4. Review the detailed results

Each analysis examines a specific aspect of the selected position and provides actionable insights.


Available Analysis Types

There are currently seven types of analyses available within Holly. Have an idea for another one? Reach out to [email protected] and let us know!

Important: Analysis availability varies by client contract. Your organization may have access to all analysis types or a subset based on your service agreement. Contact your Holly representative if you need access to additional analysis capabilities.

  • Driver's License Requirements Analysis Analyzes whether driver's license requirements are justified and properly documented based on actual job duties.

  • Skills-Based Hiring Assessment Identifies if the position is suitable for skills-based hiring approaches that focus on competencies rather than traditional degree requirements.

  • FLSA Classification Review Reviews Fair Labor Standards Act classifications to ensure compliance with federal wage and hour requirements.

  • Merge Analysis Reviews whether this position could potentially be merged with similar classifications to streamline your organizational structure.

  • Qualification Standards Analysis Reviews qualification standards to ensure alignment with organizational needs while maintaining appropriate job-relatedness.

  • EEO-4 Analysis Analyzes the job classification to ensure accurate assignment to the appropriate EEO-4 job category for compliance and reporting.

  • ADA/Physical Demands Analysis Reviews physical demands to ensure compliance with ADA requirements and proper documentation of essential functions.

Tip: Each analysis section includes a copy button in the top-right corner for easy use in other platforms or documents.
