Your Market tab draws comparator data from the jurisdictions currently loaded into your Holly account. If an agency you want to benchmark against isn't part of that data, you don't have to go without it. Holly can likely add the jurisdiction to your account.
Checking Which Jurisdictions Are Currently Included
Before requesting a new jurisdiction, confirm it isn't already part of your Market data:
In the Configure market benchmarks section of the Market tab on a class spec, click the three-dot menu to the right of the Analyze button.
Click View refresh history from the dropdown menu to see the jurisdictions currently included in your benchmarks.
How to Request a New Jurisdiction
If the jurisdiction you need isn't on that list, here's how to request it:

Contact Holly Support at [email protected] with your request.
Holly Support will confirm whether the jurisdiction is already in Holly's database or needs to be added from scratch, and give you an estimated timeline.
What Happens Next
The timeline for adding a jurisdiction depends on whether Holly already has data for it:

What Data Holly Shares
Note: Holly will never add information from your class specs, or from another Holly account's class specs within the platform, into another jurisdiction's data. Every comparator data set comes exclusively from information that is publicly available.
If a Newly Added Jurisdiction Isn't Showing Up
If Holly Support has confirmed a jurisdiction was added but you still don't see it in your comparator table, refresh your data:
In the Configure market benchmarks section of the Market tab on a class spec, click the three-dot menu to the right of the Analyze button.
Click Refresh from the dropdown menu.
